What is it like working at Eskom?

Electrician:
Pros: Service customers.
Cons: When eskom let customers to steal and get away with it.
Am I paid enough for what I do?
Electrical Engineer:
Pros: I like the that it is a safe environment and everyone supports each other.
Cons: We work long hour during overtime and don't get paid enough.
Electrical Engineer:
Pros: Opportunities to impact the economy positively. Lots of potential improvement.
Cons: Culture of mediocracy.
IT IS VERY PLEASING. I LOVE WORKING THERE.
Electrician:
Pros: THE ADRENALIN E AND THE COMPLEXITY OF MY DAILY TASKS.
Cons: WAYS THAT I CAN DIE AND TOO MUCH COMMANDS.
Good and bad, like anywhere else.
Mechanical Engineer:
Pros: Good experience if you are keen to learn.
Cons: Not many people are motivated and keeping motivated yourself is difficult. Management isn't very educated.
I AM ENJOYING WORKING AS I AM GOOD WITH PEOPLE AND SUPPORTIV.
Electrical Technician:
Pros: IT OPEN A LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR AS THEY GIVE ME A FURTHER STUDY TO COMPLETE A NATIONAL N6 DIPLOMA, AND NOW THEY OFFERED ME A TO POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND I HAVE COMPLETED A SUPERVISORY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMED AND HAVE LOT OF INTERNAL COURSES.
Cons: I ONLY GET ANNUALLY INCREASE NO SALARY ADJUSTMENT.
Exciting and challenging.
Electrician:
Pros: Challenging careful about safety.
Cons: Working even on bad weather conditions.
