EOH Reviews

What is it like working at EOH?

Love being a Scrum Master.
ScrumMaster in Johannesburg:
Pros: Interacting with different people
Cons: No performance discussions during the year
I am utilized and often sidelined.
Marketing Administrator in Pretoria:
Pros: Event planning
Cons: My salary and some aspects of my work
ERP Consultant:
It is okay, given that it can offer growth and different projects to work from. Employees have different opinions about the benefits not everyone is happy, again not all is negative. Management, I believe differs from one Business Unit to another. Not all managers are the same.
Everyone must be treated equally.
Support Technician, Information Technology (IT) in Cape Town:
Pros: Termination of patch panels
Cons: To take over someones job or someone takes over your job when is abot to get done
Its ok.
Software Tester in Cape Town:
Pros: Working with clients.
Cons: Salary range.
Unpleasant Workplace to say the least.
Support Engineer, Information Technology (IT):
Pros: Flexibility is decent. Start of the day and do my work then leave for home.
Cons: Unequal payment, paying less than all my colleagues and doing the exact same work in the same position. Company hires new employees with double the monthly income for a job category below mine. Sometimes even taking care other's responsibility when clients request it, stuck in the same position for 5 years. Being bullied by management. Discriminated against behind closed doors. Victimized for standing up for my rights.
Work Place Review.
Junior SAP Consultant:
Pros: Learning opportunities and the mentoring structures which are in place.
Cons: Cannot think of anythings right now.
