Poor upper management and sculpture.
General Manager, Restaurant in Aiken:
Pros: The ability to meat and interact with customers
Cons: The sculpture and upper management
Stressful.
Restaurant Manager in Loveland:
Pros: the people and the consistent people that come around
Cons: traffic or people who feel that they are entittle
Very stressful because they don’t let you know when the job is done correctly.

Pros: Meeting new people daily.
Cons: The store manager
Not Recommended.

Pros: Nothing to be fairly honest.
Cons: Generally Manager complains about the store but won’t do anything to fix it in order for it to work for us, employees.
It is hard work, yet rewarding to see customers smiling. Work can get stressful at times but it all depends on how you handle it. I enjoy the people I work with.

Cons: The lack of upper management showing that thwy care for their employees amd managers.

Fast paced environment, success is highly dependent on above restaurant management and general manager attitude and work ethic.
Assistant Restaurant Manager in Browns Mills:
Pros: I enjoy working directly with customers as well as interviewing, hiring and training new crew members.
Cons: I do not like that the focus has shifted from providing high quality service and product to sales numbers, labor costs and speed of service, even to the detriment of the guest experience, leading to lower volume sales as word spreads that crew and managers are unable to resolve certain issues due to recent rules put into place.
