No picnic but overall good company.

Pros: Salary (had to negotiate hard), bonus
Cons: Long hours, usual grunt work.
You need to have a broad base of automotive knowledge and customer service.

Cons: Stocking days are a pain but that’s jsut my personal opinion. The pay definitely isn’t the best and I wish I could make more.

Cons: The amount of things I do there and the little money I make for all the stuff I do .I work 7 days a weak 50 to 60 hours a week I open and close store do everything there and make 12.75 hour and I train people who make more then me and they do less

Cons: Very stressful due to bad scheduling and over worked.

Cons: Some stores over work you, and there’s constant stress due to scheduling issues leading people to be short handed along with high turn around.
Stressful in winter easy in summer.

Cons: The pay, everything is high now and they need to come up with the times
