February 2022
eCommerce Manager in Seattle:
There are a lot of great people and initiatives at Dometic, however, their departments are very lean so work that could be easily be handled by 2-3 people is all on the shoulders of 1 person. There is a big push for growth and moving the company to a more digital world, but with the lack of people, things move very slow. Benefits were average. They offer a 401(k) matching program, vacation days seems low to average, they do offer a $300 reimbursement for gyms annually and will reimburse for a Costco/Sam Club basic membership. I was disappointed to learn that the maternity leave was very average since the company in HQ in Sweden and the Swedish employees get a full year of maternity/paternity leave.
