Pros: Independence in my work. As long as I'm getting my work done efficiently and accurately, I am left alone. No micromanagement going on.
Cons: Old machine, trending towards outdated. Not squared out very well, constant adjustments on lumber needed, laser not calibrated very well, maintenance doesn't put the care into the machine - just aim to fix and move on, not make it work as well as it should.
