It’s ok but non union people get paid holidays breaks sick pay and vacation and I dont.

Cons: I suppose to work all year with out breaks or vacations and rain out days no days off holiday comes we don’t get paid

They've bought our silence. The high pay is the compensation for no training or ongoing industry certification. It's compensation for denying the basic human right of having a family and access to the ability to defend that right.

Pros: Not Challenging. My immediate co-workers are skilled, upbeat.
Cons: They do not allow my husband and I accommodation to look after our son ie: altered day to allow drop off/pick ups from daycare.
