Good Work Environment But More Leverage Given To Emaratis.
Web Developer:
Pros: The whole idea of working in a learning atmosphere (since it is a university), makes you feel young and gives the opportunity to interact and network with bright minds (Professors/Researchers). Work environment is amazing and I have a very supportive team.

Problem Solving And Changes.
Web Developer:
Pros: If given the opportunity to work your own way, web development can be very challenging with different web browsers that needs supporting along with new technologies like html5 coming out, how to use as much of it as you can while making it all work on every browser smoothly.
Cons: Developers who can't see problems staring them in the face and be unwilling to take input from others in order to complete their work in the best way they can. Developers who think they know everything and won't be open to discussion, but when it comes down to it they produce slow and inconsistent results.
