What this job entails and what is expected?
Water Plant Operator:
The thought of this job must be ready to work 24/7 when the treatment plant calls day or night. Have a backup worker available at all times that is qualified to be in the treatment plant. It is a good career but you must be committed and up to date with training each and every year to maintain licenses.

Pros: Being able to leave office to perform tests. And, not being stuck indoor all day long.
Cons: Not being sure my co-workers are doing their part in keeping the plant running properly.
