Pros: Learning how to operate machines and forklift.
Cons: I feel like I'm not valued, if I have a problem with how much I'm being paid instead of me earning a raise they might just fire me.

Pros: Structured hours. Weekends off. Formulating ideas. Building product.
Cons: Weak leadership. Nobody listens to ideas. Discrimination. Temporary lay-offs. Underappreciated.

Cons: No opportunity for growth. Weak leadership. Minimal pay raise. Work flow. Temporary lay-offs. Discrimination. Nobody listens to ideas.

Good company but same routine.
Warehouse Worker:
Pros: The pay is great and the company takes care of there employees.
Cons: Same routine everyday and pulling orders to full the days orders.
