Pros: I do make a difference during the pandemic and know I work hard with great pride ethic in what I produce. I have integrity and am in school to continue to better myself.
Cons: Feeling under appreciated by my superiors. Driving 4 minutes to be sent home when not all trucks show up many days. I have least seniority so I don't get the work. I also do not get any reimbursement for the gas $ for the drive to Ashland. Covid is tough, and costs more when work is not guaranteed after driving at 3am and being dismissed.
