Working at Ferguson enterprises is fun and also challenging at times due to the task that are given in some occasions however, being challenged is never a bad thing.

Pros: I believe that this company, Ferguson Enterprises can expand job careers and people can live with the pay rates they offer one other thing i love is how we interact with plumbers so we get to expand our knowledge on the questions plumbers ask us as well.
Cons: The management in my locations is horrible from the main manager to the warehouse managers all of them treats the warehouse people like if we were filthy and weren't worth anything amd we get accused of everything. Clients, workers from all over the county know how out managers are they are unfair people.

Working for this company was stressful the floor supervisor was never there when we needed him and it was a lot of favoritism. Edwin P. Wasn’t a great leader if you didn’t have a red vest he wasn’t interested in talking to you all in all a very unprofessional work place.
