Pros: I really like talking to the customers face to face, it's one of my favorite things to do. Greet a customer, talk to them. It's fun.
Cons: Sometimes the customers can be pretty rude, but it's part of the job so it doesn't really bug me. Having to do most of the work while others just stand around gets kind of annoying too.
