Pros: TO RESEARCH THE SATISFACTION OF THE GUEST AFTER HIS ORDER...TO COMMUNICATE AND TO BE PROFESSIONAL.TO BE A GOOD SELLER TO CULTIVATE BENEFIT FOR MY COMPANY...TO ORGANISE MY TEAM AND TO PERFORM THE SPIRIT OF SOLD...
Cons: NOT ADVANTAGE...THE SALARY IS EXTREMELY SHORT ..NO PRIMARY CARE FOR THE EMPLOYER ...NO FIXATION TO LEVEL INTEGRATION...THE HUMAN RESSOURCES MANAGEMENT IS NOT CLEAR...THE BOSS OF OUR COMPANY LIKE DESORDERBETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS.

Cons: Depends on the hotel. In some place managers treat you well on others like a donkey. In one hotel manager told me that I have no rights to have my own opinion just do what he said.
