Pros: The people, The place, the culture and the opportunity to be apart of something great in terms of the rebuild.
Cost of living is affordable, city culture is going to be great, so close to beach and snow, lots to do, walking, hiking, biking, wineries, scenery is amazing.
Cons: Not much - other than the drivers who are dangerous and the traffic which often backs up and is inconsistent timeframes to drive to work depending on what road is closed for maintenance at the time.

Pros: I like to be able to leave the office to do job development. I like the clients and also the coworkers that I work with. We also get a ton of vacation time, which is great.
Cons: It can be very draining. So many clients want to work, but refuse to do anything about it.
