It's a good place to work, but there are limited opportunities for advancement and management doesn't seem to know who they are supposed to serve. There seems to be a real lack of focus on the credit union mentality and many executives treat the place as if it were a bank.
Compensation is lower than the market, but benefits are in-line with other credit unions in the area. Bonuses are well-below what other financial institutions offer.
