Pros: You don't have the congestion of Dallas, but still have most of the resources (airport, food, entertainment, schools, childcare)
Cons: Not close to most customers. Requires travel.

Cons: COVID hit downtown Portland hard

Pros: I enjoy the customers I work with and my direct manager is a stratight shooter
Cons: the endless red tape and processes, inefficiencies in communications and poor use of technology tools.

Pros: Work from home, casual atmosphere
Cons: Parent company, Harris Computer (out of Canada), doesn't care about us. All they care about is their bottom line and acquiring more companies. Gave people paycuts after hitting their numbers so they could acquire other businesses.
