Pros: I truely enjoy interacting with new prospects for the very first time, getting to know them and introduce the products and services we provide and eventually providing financing to the dealer.
Cons: Managing the expectations of our credit professionals who's primary focus is to insure the customer/prospects financial metrics meet our baseline standards. While they are extremly good at their job they frequently fail to see the forest thru the trees.
