Easy and Largely Stress-free.

Pros: I enjoy learning new systems and developing new tools to better accomplish the things I do. I also work very closely with my direct manager and she keeps me included in a lot of decisions regarding the department and company.
Cons: There can be a lack of transparency in how things are decided throughout the company and people will oftentimes stick to their own clique.

Good Place to work.

Pros: In my current department my manager is awesome. I get free range to do my projects and am not micromanaged. I have remote option 2 days/week
Cons: Wells Fargo has changed benefits since all of the federal regulations (Ex: healthcare went from United to Aetna) which is not as good. Also I feel they are lower paying than their competitors US Bank and BOA
