You need to be extremely organized and flexible.

Pros: Watching people get better so they can go home to their families. No one likes to be in the hospital. It's a beautiful feeling to see them go home.
Cons: The Red tape of the system at times. Also the sadness that comes with working in a hospital.

Just prioritize and try to stay calm and do the best you can.

I Think need other ipportunity inside de Hospital.

As a Unit Secretary I have more posibilities to advance like a Medical secretary if hospital has that position available, but I am not sure. But I am capable for this other scale.

I do my job fairly well and on the side I help out with whatever. At my job a lot people wear different hats to help the process run more efficiently and be more in tuned with whats going on.
