Pros: The opportunity to work remote within my company.
Cons: Not very many work-friendly coffee shops, libraries, work spaces for remote workers. Terrible traffic due to more congestion and increased population.

Cons: It’s a big company so change can be slow and there is often a lot of internal politics that need to be navigated.

Pros: My co-workers are amazing. The general company values are good as are the benefits. The ability to continue to develop new skills and continue learning is also a major plus.
Cons: Bureaucracy, siloing between departments, diffusion of responsibility on large projects.

It's safe, there's lots of autonomy in how to do our work, but new leadership has ruined both the flexibility we were once afforded (i.e. Working from home) and the family support system that had been culturally around for decades.
