A decent place to work a hard place to grow.
UX Manager in Seattle:
Pros: The people are great. Smart and fun to work with. Projects can also be fun.
Cons: Too many things to do so gaining expertise is challenging and a lot of policies make managing more difficult.

UX Manager:
The people you work with on a day-to-day basis at PitchBook make time spent their worthwhile which is the only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of two. The benefits are miserly at best— the CEO doesn't believe in good PTO or letting anyone work from home (even though her permits another executive to do so full time).
