Pros: People are passionate for solving problems. Leadership is open to new ideas. You have to be willing to push it and take risks.
Cons: Not data driven. Decisions are made by a few people at the top. Steep learning curve for people who join to be successful. Tribal knowledge. Hard to know who to go to for certain expertise. Not enough user interactions for product design.
