Attention to Detail.
Trust Officer:
While there are some apects of this job that can be tedious, it is imperative to pay attention to detail and focus on one task at a time. Prioritization is key, you need to work diligently to complete the most important tasks first and do not rush, that is how mistakes are made. Stress tends to come with a job like this, there are daily deadlines and last minute requests that are unavoidable. If you find yourself getting stressed, get away, go for a 10 min walk.
Remember to keep a positive attitude and have respect for yourself and those you work with. These things will allow you to get the most out of this job.
