I work at another location owned by Forrest General.and the pay is horrible compared to Forrest General workers pay.
Trauma Registrar in Prentiss:
Pros: I love my job and everything about it, I DISLIKE THE PAY BECAUSE ITS NOT FAIR.
Cons: PAY and being treated unequally and not recognized or paid for education, experience and the 10 plus jobs assigned to you.

I really enjoy working at UMMC. My department is fairly relaxed without a lot of stress. The culture of UMMC can’t be beat. Benefits are lacking. I have heard from many, many people to not ever expect a raise. My manager is awesome and is very caring and compassionate towards her employees.
