Training Instructor:
Pros: TRAINING IN LIFE SAVING SKILLS. IT HELPS ME TO LEARN. IT GIVES ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO MEET PEOPLE OF VARIOUS STATUS AND CALIBRE.
Cons: IT IS STRESSFUL, INVOLVES LONG STANDING.

Training Instructor:
Pros: The ability to work with adults with mental health issues. To watch these adults develope there education, skills, talents and personalities. To provide opportunities for this group to grow and reenter the world of employment and independent living.
Cons: The low pay and conditions. The lack of recognition for what I do. He insecurity of my contract.

If you think you will only have to concentrate on training, then you miss the opportunities to do other things like cleaning and maintenance.
