Pros: Discipline and cooperate well also give it to well response.
Cons: Paperwork is time consuming and sometimes it leads to high problem.

Pros: The important work we do for our clients, the satisfaction of seeing a client grow, the variety, working with volunteers, staff, and clients, getting to develop new curriculum material, my colleagues.
Cons: The pay, the politics, the stress, the lack of resources.
