Pros: The flexibility of working at my own pace unless there is a deadline.
The culture with other trainers are fantastic.
Office Conditions are decent.
The direct management communicates fully.
Cons: The culture is moving away from making more choices that make it difficult to individualize.
A feeling of a glass ceiling due to not being a Nurse.
Stress level can be high at times due to walking on egg shells when higher level boss is here and she never communicates with the team.
The higher level management never communicates.
