Pros: Training people, managing data regarding performance of teams, public speaking in seminars with the Business development group, advising and counselling team members.
Cons: Too stringent work hours (10 hours a day), Management hesitant to provide leave, expect the employees to work more than shift hours.

Pros: It helped me develop my communication skills, verbally and non-verbally. It helped me improve my person to person skills and allowed me to talk to other people easily
Cons: The management decision skills are often times wrong.
