Tool Grinder, Filer, or Sharpener:
Pros: The one thing I enjoy most about my job is that I'm able to work with my hands, hand tools, and expensive and complex million dollar machinery which I setup, operate, and maintain everyday.
Cons: The thing I like the the least is that I've been there a year and since day one I have basically been in charge of 25% of the company, trained multiple temporary employees and currently supervise two... One of which will be making the same as me soon. My work performance has been outstanding. And I have not recieved a raise in a year. My wage is the ONLY thing I do not like about my job.
