Terrible company to work for. They do not seem to care about their tenured employees. The compensation does not meet market values, benefits are too expensive for the pay you receive, and management only cares what makes them look good. If you work hard, you'll be rewarded with having to do someone else's job along with your job.

Smaller but, still big.
Telecommunications Analyst in Birmingham:
Pros: Not as much traffic as some larger cities but still have the dinning, shopping and activities that many larger cities have.
Cons: We are never a trial city for new technology I.e. Google Fiber, streaming live TV options, etc.

Pros: The flexibility to create/modify process, update equipment as needed. Working with different people and vendors. Tracking cost, invoicing and disbursement of charges throughout the hospital departments.
