April 2019
Technology Manager in Los Angeles:
The underlying culture is great. Not overly competitive or political and opportunities for those willing to work hard and are good. There are opportunities for those that work hard to get recognized. Every location can have a bad egg or under performer, but it is very unlikely for someone with major issues to stick around, or those that seriously poor performers to be there long. That said it is great if you are a decent performer looking for a stable job. The company is shifting focus to growth, and chemists and materials backgrounds can help you get in and make a difference in new product development.
