Pros: Corporate Culture is infectious but not always positive. Work is flexible but not entirely. Office conditions are pretty standard if slightly lacking in temperature control. Stress level ranges from very high to normal. Management is wonderful.
Cons: Being tied to my desk. Working with high stress for low to moderate pay and no incentives. No ability to work from home at all.
