Pros: The people and team are great. The culture of the office is very nice.
Cons: The pay. For my role I feel like I am very underpaid and under-appreciated.

Pros: There is always something to do or work on in between calls, chats, and email for customer issues.
Cons: The Scheduling can be kind of weird but you can always talk with your supervisor or Vocation Service Support personnel.
