Technical Architect:
I work with the professional services team for Engagement Management. The team is filled with great people, very smart, incredibly hard working. Verint has done a reasonable job at improving the ecosystems and software. I especially like the new live training sessions on key technical concepts. Some of the cons: Like many organizations Verint is very siloed, hard to get a conversation going across multiple teams. Pay initial was quite good but raises have been flat for past 4 years. Our team has not gotten new laptops in 4 years - many are running on older systems.
December 2018
Learning, work with smart people.
