Pros: I love the freedom to do what needs to be done, when it needs to be done. Working from home can be challenging, but I get a lot more done.
Cons: Working from home can become quite lonely, and limits interaction with other people. I think some people skills also get lost. Would have been nice to have an office to go to once a week.
