It can be a stressful position depending on the volume of calls, emails, chats and individual client challenges and concerns. Supervising and assigning daily tasks to a great team is the easy part of the task.

Pros: Working with the team and watching each of us (whether we are new or seasoned employees at the center) grow, learn and continue to stay successful at our facility.
Cons: The least I like about my job is the lack of annual reviews and pay raises.

Cons: St. Louis can be a little behind the times in payscale. I would like to see the employers in the area treat their employees a bit better.
