April 2016
I enjoy it but it is a lot of work.
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Pros: I enjoy the task of helping other find careers. I like speaking with individuals and coaching them in the right direction. I also like the search through various sources to find that right candidate to interview. I also think the perks of what I am currently doing will help me get to where I want to be financially in the future.
Cons: Currently where I am at we are putting in place new process and procedures that myself and my manager are developing, testing and monitoring. We track the analytics of the process as well as wear multiple hats. I will monitor the brand as well as the social media presence and that is in addition to high turnover at our locations nationally. We also offer the least amount of incentives and compensation and lack of appeal visually at our locations as well as no additional benefits.
February 2016
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Pros: Freedom.
People.
Projects.
Cons: Not enough money.
