Great experience at Austin Office.
Systems Engineer (Computer Networking / IT) in Austin:
Pros: We very much operate different from most defense contractors and seem to be more cutting edge in our work. Though process is important, we tend to provide more of a creative outlet for our engineers
Cons: The company has been in a transition the past year and there's been quite a bit of turnover as a result. Defining strategy for our projects is very challenging and at times we do not seem to have the proper direction from higher ups to be successful
