Systems Engineer, IT:
To administer large systems, you have to be proximal to them. Any job that can be done remotely in this respect can also be outsourced to a poor country with cheap labor. The only thing keeping our profession from being completely outsourced is the personal touch and security requirements as well as some hands-on equipment and presales work.

Pros: Employees are not stressed. All have liberty to chose any project.
Cons: Managers are bad. And doesn't have good managerial skills.
