Pros: Social side of it. I enjoy IT. Flexible working hours. Not too far to travel.
Cons: Can be repetitive. Can strain your eyes after all day glaring at a screen.

Never Give Up On Learning.
Systems Analyst:
Start young and never quit learning new things. You may be "slave to all and master to none" with a never ending sense that nothing ever gets completed. But it does and your efforts make a difference.

Pros: Corporate culture Good, work flexibility Good, office conditions Vary but international standard, stress level too much, perks medium, the management Good enough but believe on lower management, unknown about actual of the employee.
Cons: All bad areas like giant IT industry practice.

Systems Analyst:
If a large corporation, understand career paths and job classification levels (Senior, Principal, Director, etc). The level will determine bonus and salary band. The hiring manager can get you the extras if they want you. Once hired, it is harder to get big changes.
