Corporate culture,
System Support Administrator (Computer):
Pros: Management is not stressful. Enjoy the work I do.
Cons: The pay is horrible. The bank has cut down on about 50% of their employees and you would think they would pay the employees more that they do still have. No--instead, they add the workload from 3 employees to 1 and pay them for half of one. There is no longer any pay if you are out of work for a long period of time due to an illness, and they encourage young people to come aboard so they can pay them a quarter amount of the money they should be receiving. Employee of USB for over 10 years.

Whose job is that?
System Support Administrator (Computer):
There are many ways to make yourself stand out when you are a part of a team. In my experience the most effective means to do that is adopting the attitude of 'everything is my job.' This isn't to say that you shouldn't be a team player or rely on your colleagues, but that when asked to do something, jump at the opportunity to improve yourself and broaden your skill-set rather than rather than begrudgingly completing yet another task. The attitude of wanting to have as many tasks as possible come your way and completing them in a positive manner is a contagious attitude that will improve yourself and your team.
