It's fun and has taught me alot.

Work Smarter Not Harder.
System Administrator, Windows Server:
Pros: The endless opportunity to learn new things. Funny enough I like the escalated issues as it results in you fixing a problem that no else could. I love being able to shape and mold our up and coming system administrators. High pressure environment but applying best practices early-on reduce the complexity of the problems to come.
Cons: I do not have a lot bad things to say as I don't mind the high pressure and extremely competitive environment that it is.
