No Communication, Bad Pay.
Switchboard Operator in Green Bay:
Pros: Cabela's is somewhat flexible with hours which is nice, and if you call in there's rarely repercussions.
Cons: There is no communication between management and employees, and sometimes even between members of management. Pay is no sufficient for how some members of management treat employees, how customers treat employees, and for the amount of work employees do.

Pros: I am not heavily supervised and weekends off
Cons: PTO time is nor allowed to roll over and its next to nothing. Plus there is no sick time!!

Pros: The people are friendly- really can't do enough for you. The city is just gorgeous,uninterrupted by people in a hurry. This is a laid back city with people balancing work life and play life perfectly.
Cons: Nepotism runs rampant in government organizations. Your likelihood of working your way up the ladder is slim if you don't know anyone

Cons: Management plays favorites, no communication, pay is awful, hours are awful, management boss you around and make you doing things outside of your department but you're not compensated or thanked
