Cons: Ignorant, arrogant, power hungry, racist co-workers and management that obstruct your attempt to learn, move up in the company; and your life; because they don’t like seeing somebody succeed; because they fail at everything they do. The amount of sadistic, evil ppl I’ve encountered these years of my life as a single father has been an attitude altering experience; nonetheless has only made me stronger thank God!
