Sustainability Coordinator:
Pros: Colleagues across departments are passionate about sustainability, many grassroots sustainability projects are taken on by staff and faculty as well as students, get to work with student groups, amazing transportation benefits, beautiful urban campus. Cons: Pays well below market-rate, limited opportunities for growth within the University, work can be slow-moving and bureaucratic, major sustainability concerns such as divestment remained unaddressed by university leadership.
