Pros: It’s usually just me and the dr doing our thing in the surgery suite and we work well together and I know where everything is and can hand him anything he needs quickly.
Cons: The slow pace of others and how long it takes for us to get our patients.

Cons: Mid level providers are not easy to work with. If you don't have a masters then it is looked down upon by them. They treat you like you are not as smart as them.
