Pros: Benefits are "okay". Plenty of overtime opportunity most of the year. Double-time on sundays.
Cons: Weak union. Tier system, with no opportunity to move up in tier. Work 19 days in a row at times. Not a lot of days off. Without overtime and weekends, I dont make enough money. To make enough money I have to work overtime and weekends. Tier system is horrible. I have to work the same job as the person next to me, who makes $5 an hour more than me. And I have no way of ever making the same money as that person.
