Supermarket Department Manager, Meat in Des Moines:
The corporation is only about money they don't care about the quality of the product. It was an art making some of their product look good besides that. It was a job in which I received a weekly paycheck that's it no holiday pay no sick pay I do miss the people I worked with though.
January 2019
I enjoy the job being a manager, it's very tough when hours are always being cut, not enough help when it's very busy.
Supermarket Department Manager, Meat in Brantford:

March 2016
Arn't I worth more?
Supermarket Department Manager, Meat:
Pros: The people I work with have the same problems and are stuck there the same as me.
Cons: There is no accountability. Managers do not help out enough and the so called"mentoring" does not exhist. Its a constant downward flow of lies and blame down to the little guy at the bottom who has no power tools except the shovel they are handed after being hired. Its known to us as" @!$#" flows downhill. Its become a common phrase...its pathetic.
