Great Co-workers, terriable company.
Substance Abuse Counselor in York:
Pros: I love my co-workers and clients.
Cons: Pyramid does not care about it's employees or clients. Only the bottom line matters. The Director of NTP Services has even commented "Not coming out of my bonus" when we were requesting new computers. The case loads are horrific. We can't utilize our skills to offer quality care when I have 67 clients. Clients are falling through the cracks, employee's have BEGGED for help and it all falls on deaf ears.

April 2019
Substance Abuse Counselor in Kyle:
BIONIC. Believe. It. Or. Not. I. Care. What a joke. This company does not care about it's employees or the clients they serve. The bottom line is profit. They are extremely unethical in many of their practices. I would go as far to say even illegal. I love my what I do but I am not proud of the corporation that signs my paycheck.
